Due to various reasons, from an Internet outage to a flooded server room, sometimes your mail server cannot receive emails. If the outage cannot be resolved quickly enough, customers can request our Email Continuity service. Temporary email accounts are configured for all or a subset of the customer’s users so email can be sent and received during the outage using a Webmail interface. Fixed configuration charges and daily per address usage fees apply.
