The system requires very few resources compared to having our own anti-spam server. No equipment to buy, nothing to install, and nothing to manage. During a crash of our internal email server, we were able to take advantage of another aspect of ZEROSPAM's service. In fact, during the crash, ZEROSPAM's servers continued to receive the email that people sent us. We were therefore able to retrieve these documents.
