ZEROSPAM's fees are based on two criteria: the number of domains to be protected; and the number of email addresses associated with each domain to be protected. Unlike anti-spam software installed on desktops, the ZEROSPAM solution is not designed to protect only the email addresses most often targeted by spam, but the entire domain as well. From a security point of view, this approach is preferable, as it maintains the integrity of the customer's network perimeter and protects all users, since those who currently do not receive spam may eventually become targets.

There is one monthly service fee and no other costs are involved. That means no installation fees, no registration fees, no license fees to be paid, nothing to purchase, no update fees, and the technical support is free.

The quantity of legitimate email forwarded has no bearing on the cost. In fact, the ZEROSPAM solution does not limit the amount of incoming email traffic. Similarly, the quantity of filtered spam does not affect the service fee.

The service fee is always calculated by domain, according to the number of email addresses associated with a given domain. ZEROSPAM's rates are scalable: as the number of mailboxes goes up, the fee per mailbox goes down.

Customers who wish to protect several domains receive a 15% discount on the fee applicable to all their secondary domains.
