Osirusoft shut down by a Denial of Service (DOS) attack

On August 26, the servers of Osirusoft.com, a well-known spammer blacklist provider, were completely shut down by a massive DOS attack. The attack appeared to be coming from many different sources. This was the first time a spam attack was planned and carried out against an anti-spam Web site. ZEROSPAM took immediate action by using alternate DNSBL sources.
