Free Trial Process
First, you begin by filling out the form and clicking the SEND button. Shortly after, you'll receive an email confirming the information you entered on the form. This email also contains the ZEROSPAM Service Offer, which indicates what the fee would be if you should decide to keep the service at the end of your free trial. It is always accompanied by the ZEROSPAM Terms of Service agreement.
Meanwhile, our technicians will set-up the service for your domain, which usually only takes a few hours. Once it's activated, they will send you a DNS change request that contains all the instructions to make the required MX record changes for the domain you want to protect. In some cases, this request is sent to your DNS service provider, along with an email copy to you, so you can authorize the change. Changing MX records is easy and only takes a few minutes. The moment that's done, the filtering is activated.
From then on, you'll no longer receive spam. A few hours later, the number of incoming emails will have decreased so much that colleagues will probably ask if something is wrong. Before week's end, you'll be considered a hero!
When the service is activated, ZEROSPAM sends you an email confirming that the filtering has begun. This email is important! It contains information that will allow you to access your quarantine and management console.
Shortly after activation, a customer service representative will contact you by phone to make sure that everything is going smoothly and that you understand how to use your tools.

During your free trial, you will also receive two weekly statistical reports indicating the spam messages and viruses that ZEROSPAM filtered.
A few days before the end of your free trial, a customer service representative will contact you to find out whether or not you'd like to keep the service. If you decide to keep ZEROSPAM, you'll receive an email confirming the terms of payment and the start date of your billing period.
Cancellation of service
ZEROSPAM customers may terminate their service at any time simply by sending a written notice. Cancellation notices take effect on the last day of the month following the month in which they were received by ZEROSPAM.
Non-solicitation
ZEROSPAM never conducts spam or sends unsolicited email. Your email addresses will never be used for solicitation purposes and will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to a third party. ZEROSPAM respects your orivacy and guarantees this in writing.
