ZEROSPAM uses IP addresses to trace email path in the Internet, manage our website and track content preferences and traffic patterns. We also use cookies to recognize repeat visitors and facilitate your access to our site and we track the number of visits and pages you have accessed. We use an encryption mechanism, internal procedures and other security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of sensitive information under our control. However, ZEROSPAM's site includes links to other sites, and when you choose to visit those sites, we are not responsible for each company's privacy policy or how personal information is used.

Passwords and account information are never released to any party other than authorized client personnel except as required for law enforcement purposes. Email messages for customers of our filtering service are processed automatically by software, so humans do not review nor have access to this information. Emails that are blocked based on content filtering measures may be examined by ZEROSPAM if the sender fills out and sends the form provided in ZEROSPAM's interactive DSN and if the client has authorized ZEROSPAM to process such requests. We do NOT store emails flowing through our service but we may keep rejected emails in a secure quarantine area for a period of up to seven days after which it is deleted. Information collected from our customers is strictly for the purpose of delivering the service(s) and contacting them in case of a problem. All email log data is kept confidential and archived on a regular basis.

Even though we very seldom use mass email to contact clients you may decide not to receive email from us by notifying our privacy officer at privacy@zerospam.ca. Your choice will be recorded as a preference and you will not be contacted.

You can ask for the personal information we may have about you. You have a right to view and potentially correct this information. In order to do so, simply fill the following form and email it to privacy@zerospam.ca or print it and send it through regular mail to our main office.
